Mindfulness for Life 21-Day Experience
Complete Four-Component Program

With Meditation & Mindful Movement Educator

Terry J. Hodgkinson

A structured 21-day experience bringing together guided meditation, reflective learning, journaling, and Qigong as one integrated path of practice.

Four Components, One Integrated Experience

The Mindfulness for Life Complete Program brings all four components together in one structured 21-day experience: Guided Audio Meditations, the Companion Book, the Reflection Journal, and Seven Harmonies Qigong.

Each component supports a different aspect of practice. The guided meditations cultivate focused awareness, the Companion Book deepens understanding, the Journal encourages personal reflection, and Seven Harmonies Qigong brings mindfulness into movement.

Together, they create a practical and supportive pathway for developing greater awareness, emotional resilience, clarity, and a steadier way of meeting everyday life.

How the Four Components Work Together

The four components of the Mindfulness for Life 21-Day Experience have been created to support one another. Each offers a different way of engaging with mindfulness, through listening, learning, reflection, and movement. Practised together, they create a richer and more complete experience than any one component alone.

A Suggested Way to Use the Four Components in One Day

The Mindfulness for Life 21-Day Experience is designed to be flexible. You may move through the components in whatever order best suits your schedule, energy, and personal preferences.

The following is one example of how the four components could be used together during a single day.

Example: Day One

For example:

1. Journal Pre-Questions
📝 Begin your day by completing the Pre-Questions for Day One in the Reflection Journal.

2. Core Guided Meditation
🎧 Next, listen to the Day One Core Guided Audio Meditation.

3. Companion Book Reading
📖 Then read Chapter One in the Mindfulness for Life Companion Book.

4. Seven Harmonies Qigong Practice
☯️ During the day, watch and practise Movement One, Knocking on the Door of Life, from the Seven Harmonies Qigong Instructional Video System.

5. Journal Post-Questions
🌙 Later in the evening, return to the Reflection Journal and complete the Post-Questions for Day One.

Before Day One begins:
▶️ Be sure to listen to the Introductory Audio Session for the guided audio meditations and watch the Introductory Seven Harmonies Qigong Video first. These introductions help you understand the foundations of the practices and how to approach the meditations and movements with greater clarity, confidence, and care.

Adapt the Rhythm to Fit Your Day

The order of the Guided Audio Meditation, Companion Book reading, and Qigong practice can be adjusted to suit your schedule, energy, and personal preferences.

The most helpful rhythm is to complete the Pre-Questions near the beginning of your day and the Post-Questions near the end of your day. These two points create a reflective opening and closing around the rest of the experience.

Between those two points, you can place the other components wherever they fit most naturally.

For example, you may prefer to:

🌅 complete the Pre-Questions first thing in the morning
🌿 practise the Day One Qigong movement next
🎧 listen to the Core Guided Audio Meditation later in the morning
📖 read Chapter One of the Companion Book in the afternoon
🌙 complete the Post-Questions in the evening

The purpose is not to follow a rigid order. The purpose is to create a daily rhythm that allows you to engage with each theme through reflection, listening, learning, and movement in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.
